An entrepreneur by nature, Cydney has been in the real estate business for over 15 years purchasing, renovating and selling properties in Washington County and assisting homeowners in their renovations. A licensed Realtor® serving multiple cities across PA and a member of the PAR, NAR and WGAR.*
She’s also the Co-Founder/Owner of The Home Girls and a blog writer showcasing her avid interest in the saving of old homes. With a passion for gardening, food and design, her creative side is discovering how to create beauty for people in their homes and spaces.

Residential, estates, foreclosures or rental properties that need a cleanout, haul away or cleaning. Salvagable items are donated to local charities.
Old House Enthusiast
We raise awareness for historic properties and old homes by showcasing properties on OLD HOUSE ADDICTS. When we have the opportunity to work on older homes, we do what we can to preserve their character. Some examples include window restoration and reglazing and sanding and refinishing doors, trim and floors. Newer doesn’t always mean better.
Fresh Start
